Meet Nicole & Chad
We met at a work cafe through another friend. Chad put rubbish in my handbag and I laughed it off. We got to know each other while I persued him and he was oblivious!
The proposal
Chad organised a tour of Fort Denison with lunch on Valentines Day. My 9 year old niece a.k.a. guru told me that boys ask girls to marry them on Valentines Day. As we left I looked at him and couldnt see a ring box so just shrugged it off. After the tour he asked me to come over and have a photo with the Harbour Bridge in the background and as I turned around he was on one knee! I had practiced this day in my mind for some time but all that came out was a squeal
Your Wedding Day
We chartered a private ferry from Circular Quay for the grooms party and all the guests. Myself and the bridesmaids were getting ready in the Glam Van at HMAS Watson. Our ceremony was held at the Chapel at HMAS Watson (we are both military members), which is a stunning chapel with a glass front to overlook Sydney heads. After the ceremony we all boarded the ferry again (Rosman Ferries) to head back slowly. We stopped at the Opera House for some photots before disembarking at Circular Quay for a short stroll to Wolfies Bar and Grill at The Rocks.
