I honestly don’t know where to start with these guys. Ballara helped make our wedding the most perfect and memorable day/night that we could ever wish for. Right from our very first meeting they were extremly professional and helpful. I had a good warm feeling about the place from the moment I walked in and that feeling transpired with every meeting and phone call I had with them. Not only were we over the moon with the rennovations, but the food and the service on the actual night was second to none. I have lost count of the number of compliments I have received about the look of the venue, the food and the service. Our event manager Clare could not do enough to help us with anything we needed. Constantly making sure we were happy and was at our beck and call for anything we needed. To be honest I do not have the words to thank the team at Ballara enough and I can not speak more highly of them. My only wish is that we could do it all over again! A very well run business that never lost site of what the day/night was all about.
