My passion for baking all started when I was only little, watching my grandma and mum in the kitchen creating food delights for loved ones. I created ADIXIONS over 10 years ago in Adelaide, I then moved to Melbourne where I created over 200 wedding cakes and so many sweet delights for so many special events. I completed a wedding cake course at Planet Cake in Sydney and macaron course in Paris. I have returned home to Adelaide and my dream is to continue my passion of baking and creating exquisite cakes and sweet delights for your special day.
