We offer a range of menus including canapé/fingerfood, buffet and table buffet and a unique sit-down formal menu.
We’re different from other caterers. Why?
1) We don’t buy in frozen, packaged food. We make everything in our own kitchens.
2) Our dishes are unique. You will find a range of canapés, entree and main dishes that you are unlikely to see on any other menu. That means your function will be different from others your guests have attended.
3) We are efficient. Having a sit-down function for 100 people? We can serve everyone in around 10 minutes, ensuring all your guests eat together and the formal proceedings run on time, allowing you more time for dancing and mingling!
4) We do not charge more for Weddings.
5) We offer flexibility and variety. We can work with you to adapt a menu so that it enhances your special day and fits in with your style and theme.
6) We understand that we have one chance to get it right – flavour, presentation, timing.
7) We are able to cater practically anywhere for any number – 30 to 500 anywhere from boats, islands, parks and gardens, beaches, backyards, halls, civic centres and under marquees.
