Then look no further than the Waves Function Room at Tugun Surf Club – The Gold Coast’s best keep secret! The Tugun Surf Club is situated just off the Gold Coast Highway in Tugun. It has ample parking and neighbours local accommodation and holiday rentals just walking distance from the club, handy for those guests who are travelling from interstate. Our recently renovated function room can cater for all types of wedding receptions from 50-200 pax. It boast’s its own private bar, amenities, modern decor and opens up to a large balcony with views right up and down the coast.
The room also features an optional stage, wooden dance floor, audio visual and sound equipment. We also offer a Bridal Suite – a private room with those same amazing views for you and your bridal party to sit and have a drink and re-group before making your grand entrance into the Reception. For your ceremony let us create this right on our front grassed area or beachfront being very convenient for your guests to then stroll up to our public bar area and have a drink while you then proceed to have your photos taken. There is also a wet weather back-up plan in the instance of rain!
