The Spirit Station Pier building is housed in one of the two original Pier Kiosks (circa 1930). In the early 90’s the building was turned around 90 degrees from its original position and extended to provide a wonderful entertainment venue, retaining its historical character, but brimming with fresh, contemporary styling.
Spirit Station Pier is situated ON Station Pier facing Hobsons Bay. There is a small jetty and a covered pergola a leisurely 200m stroll from the venue. So if you are dreaming of a romantic wedding surrounded by water, in an irreplaceable and beautiful historic building, you have found it!
The floor to ceiling glass windows fronting the venue provide a gorgeous vista right down this landmark pier, to the Spirit of Tasmania and the Bay beyond. The light sea breezes and breathtaking sunsets over the water, will set the stage for your perfect day.
