The Setting
Situated in the Hills district of Sydney’s North West on 5 acres, set amidst the treetops of towering gums overlooking O’Hara’s Valley with breathtaking natural bushland views.
The Venue
A stunning Mediterranean villa with limewashed walls, rustic exposed timbers, high ceilings and a huge fireplace. Other features include an elevated dance floor and light show, magnificent bathrooms, separate bridal party retreat. The magnificent covered balcony and bar area with incredible bush views is a perfect ceremony wet-weather Plan B
The Ceremony
A hidden garden with towering gums, a charming gazebo, bridal swing and bridge make great locations for a very initmate garden wedding with lots of photo ops throughout the gardens.
The Food
We’ve spent more than 25 yrs developing, experimenting, tasting and refining an extensive number of dishes on a menu that caters for all palates with more than 60 dishes on the menu. Allegro’s full production kitchen is under the direction of our exceptional Executive Chef David Camwell. At Allegro we make everything.
The Packages
Allegro wedding packages include 8 pre-dinner canapés, 3 courses with alternate service, a complete banquet drinks package, For entertainment the Allegro DJ, elegant table centrepieces, Master of Ceremonies, floral displays and exclusive use of the premises, free off-street parking for 70 cars
About us
With over 50 years of service in the food & beverage industry the Torta family have been living a life of hospitality. Starting with the landmark Parramatta restaurants; Bar Roma in 1958 and Courtney’s Brasserie in 1984. The “Bar-T” family farm bred pork and pekin duck for both Bar Roma, Courtneys and Allegro. with many firsts between the venues including 1st liquor licence showcasing an extensive aged wine cellar, 1st for fine dining a la carte service, 1st gueridon cooking at the table
